What is your standard machining tolerance?

We specialize in manufacturing high-precision components, and our standard tolerances can be controlled within ±0.01mm, depending on the materials and processes used. For more stringent precision requirements, please provide DFM drawings during the inquiry phase for technical evaluation.

Do you provide material certifications?

Yes. Every batch of products shipped comes with a Material Report (MTR) and a Certificate of Account (COA). We support full traceability from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.

Do you accept small volume orders or prototyping?

We support flexible support from prototype development to mass production. For stair lift parts projects, we do not set a hard minimum order quantity, and we work with customers' R&D progress and inventory turnover.

What Incoterms do you support?
